The staff beach on the island faces Wedge Rock Bay. The rocks here are a different colour to the purple ones that scatter the rest of the island, I think it is because these ones are submerged at high tide - so they are bleached by the salt water and covered in ocean life. The original was painted with Gouache and acrylic paints, on watercolour paper.
